These icons allow you to print the reports out using the printer access window or QUICK PRINT which by passes the window and send the data straight to the default printer.

Scale - allows you to enlarge or shrink  the data on the page.

Margins - allows you to adjust the paper margins.

Orientation - allows you to choose between Portrait and Landscape

Size - allows you to choose from 24 different types of paper sizes, including a custom setting.

These icons allow you to navigate between multiple pages. They are self explanatory.

The first three icons allow you to move from one page to another or zoom in and out.

Many pages - allows you to shrink the pages to view multiple pages at once.

Zoom functions are self explanatory.

These two buttons allow you to Export the schedules in different format and also to email them using an  pre specified email client. The list of export options is provided below.

Exports the report in Adobe PDF format. Can be opened and viewed by and PDF viewer.

Exports as HTML format that can be opened and viewed in most browsers.

Exports all of the reports in one web file that can be opened and viewed by most browsers.

Exports the report in RTF (Rich Text )format that can be imported by most word processors and text editors.

Exports the report in Excel format that can be opened by Excel and used by Microsoft Excel.

Exports the report in Excel format that can be opened by newer version of Excel.

Exports the reports in CSV format that can be opened by most text editors.

Exports the reports in plain text, losing all font styles and colors. Can be read by all text editors.

Exports the reports as a graphic image. The types of graphic images supported are listed and can be chosen.
