In this form, you can enter the following two default categories.
| • | General settings - allows all calculations forms to have pre-filled data in the fields. |
| • | Preparor Information - which will be the default when the print option is selected. |
You can save the Preparor information once you fill it out and then uncheck the box beside the field.
The information will only be printed out if the box is checked.
This information will be the default when you choose to print it out under the CREATE REPORT button.
